Welcome to the beautiful city of St. Louis! We love our city & we took special care to restore this home it to it’s original splendor. This is the 1st floor unit of a two-family home which is located directly across from Tower Grove Park. This wonderful neighborhood is close to all that St. Louis has to offer such as Shaw’s Garden, Forest Park, St. Louis Zoo, Science Center, Downtown and much, much more. This is our first listing so please help us navigate this new adventure of hosting!

The space

We have all new bedding & furniture throughout the home with extra blankets and have tried to think of everything that a guest will need for a comfortable stay! If something is missing…. please let us know!

****Also, please be aware that the 3rd bedroom is the little nook off of the second bedroom! It has two twin beds & plenty of sleeping space but not a separate closet so it’s not technically a “bedroom” but there was not a selection for a “nook”. We just want to be completely transparent about the space that you will be booking! ***

There is a large closet in the main hallway right outside the bedrooms to put clothing & other travel items in for storage. Again, we don’t want anyone to be surprised & know exactly what they are booking!
If your have a special need please let us know & we will do our very best to accommodate!

Guest access

Property is easily accessed with a keyless entry system. Code will be provided on day of check-in

Interaction with guests

We are new at hosting so we are learning but we are available any time to answer questions & make your stay perfect! We are going into our third month now and we are loving it! And our guests are loving our home too!

Other things to note

We do allow pets as long as they are crated when you leave the home and they are completely potty trained. Our pet fee is a $30 non-refundable payment per pet that must be left on the counter in cash as Airbnb does not have a place to put the fee in the listing.
There is a $200 “puke fee” charge per occurrence! Please make it to the toilet if you have to throw up! Lol
